Hello! I am finally back after heaps of schoolwork (not that it ended already, sad). But on a brighter note, I finally found the spare time to edit and post the vlog I've been itching to upload for the past month. Here it is!

My Favorite Books

Ever since I was a little girl, I was always fascinated with words - words that told stories and words that held emotion. At three, I abused my fairy tale books by reading them countless of times, and every time I finished another one, I'd still feel perfectly amused. So it doesn't seem much of a surprise to my parents when I ask them for a seven hundred page book or even more, because without a doubt, I'd pretty much be engrossed in every page.

I wanted to share the books I found very interesting and eventually grew fond of. Most of these lie along the teen fiction and romance genre because I'm a sucker like that but still, I rate all of these an eleven out of a ten.

Blithe Ventures

Music wise, I'm not one to tell people what I listen to (with the exception of One Direction songs, duh) because I'm very possessive of my playlists and all. I know it sounds selfish but ever notice a song that's supposed to be really good but unfortunately, played over and over again that you eventually learn to hate it? That's why.

But after hours of putting the same playlist on repeat and an almost empty box of donuts later, I decided to share what tunes I have been listening to and obsessing about over the past few weeks. My genre lies between indie pop and a bit of EDM. I'm not quite sure how to explain it but these are the most wonderful songs you've probably never heard before. So brace yourselves (half joking).

Shades of California: Melrose Avenue

I've heard a copious amount of stories about California - from my friends, relatives, cousins, and even bloggers - and all of which seemed so interesting to me that I made a note to myself that I would want to experience that thrill and excitement someday, firsthand, in the land of the sun itself.

A lot has happened and apparently, the happenings are much too plenty to be talked about in one blog post.
